Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed after your purchase, we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange.

To be qualified for a return, your item should be unused and in the same condition that you got it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, you should provide us a receipt or proof of your purchase. Please don’t  return your item(purchase) back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll send you an email to inform you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also let you know about approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved to get a refund, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method used by you during purchase. Refunds are not immediate, it may take 2-3 days to credit in your bank account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you didn’t receive your refund amount till the expected date, check your bank account again to cross check and if still not received then contact your credit card company. Sometimes, it may take longer before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. Have patience, it  may take some processing time before a refund is posted. If you're done with all these and still haven’t  received your refund, please reach out to us at info@erthcbd.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We exchange/replace item(s) only, if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange the item with the same one, send us an email regarding it at info@erthcbd.com and send your item to: ERTH (N.I.) LTD 17095 Sky Park Cir. Ste. J, Irvine CA 92614, United States.

Shipping

When you return your item, you will be responsible for paying your shipping cost as it is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Sometimes, it may take longer to reach your exchanged product, depending on where you live.

In the case, you want to ship an item over $75, we recommend you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't ensure that we will get your returned item.
